Peanut Butter Pie
Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream Cheese (or 8 oz. Lite Cream Cheese)
- 1 cup powdered sugar (or 4 t. Sweet 'N Low)
- 1 cup peanut butter (or reduced-fat peanut butter)
- 2 Tbsp milk (or skim milk)
- 6 oz Cool Whip (or 16 oz. Lite Cool Whip)
- Two pie shells or chocolate, or graham cracker crusts
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, peanut butter and milk.
- When well mixed, fold in Cool Whip.
- Pour into two pie shells or chocolate, or graham cracker crusts; chill.
- Freezes well.
