Lefse
Ingredients
- 4 cups riced potatoes
- 3/4 stick melted margarine
- 1/3 cup whipping cream
- 2 tsp sugar (add when ready to roll)
- 1 tsp salt (add when ready to roll)
- 1 1/4 cup flour (add when ready to roll)
Instructions
- To riced potatoes, add melted margarine and whipping cream.
- Let cool.
- When ready to roll, add sugar, salt, and flour.
- Roll out dough and bake on lefse grill.
