Lefse
Ingredients
- 5 cups cooked and riced potatoes
- 1 stick melted margarine
- 1/2 tsp salt (or more to taste)
- 2-3 Tbsp cream
- 3 Tbsp powdered sugar (add after cooling)
- 2 cups flour (add after cooling)
Instructions
- Combine cooked and riced potatoes with melted margarine, salt, and cream.
- Let cool well before adding powdered sugar and flour.
- Roll about 1/2 cup at a time and bake on lefse grill.
