Lefse

Ingredients
- 8 cups riced potatoes
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 2/3 cups flour (per 2 cups of potato mixture)
Instructions
- Mix butter, whipping cream, and salt with riced potatoes before potatoes cool.
- To 2 cups of this mixture, add 2/3 cup flour.
- Roll out dough and bake.
- Repeat until potato mixture is gone.
