Norwegian Flat Bread

Ingredients
- 2 cups graham flour
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 tsp soda
- 1/2 cup shortening, melted (Crisco)
- 1/2 cup syrup
- 1 Tbsp salt (may be less)
- 2 cups flour (about)
Instructions
- Combine graham flour, buttermilk, soda, melted shortening, syrup, and salt.
- Add enough flour to roll out. About 2 cups.
- Roll out thinly and bake.
