2022 Newsletters

May 17th offers a monthly meeting and the Barnetoget children's parade, followed by a May 14th bake sale/demonstration and the Spring Grove Syttende Mai celebration. June 21st marks the Midsommer meeting, and the lodge is planning a vitality event in late November to encourage new membership.

The next Sons of Norway Lodge Vitality Event is tentatively planned for Sunday, November 6, 2022, aiming to engage members and the public with Viking-themed activities. Upcoming lodge meetings include an August gathering in Winona and a September program featuring the Viking story illustrated with world stamps. Additionally, the UFF DA FEST is scheduled for Saturday, October 8.

Valheim Lodge held a successful Viking Fest in November 2022, welcoming new members and using a $900 Lodge Vitality Grant. They are also hosting a Norwegian Bake Sale on December 17th and a Christmas Party on December 28th, both at the Giants of the Earth Heritage Center.
