Deb's Meatballs

Ingredients
- 4 lbs hamburger
- 2 lbs lean ground pork
- 2 cups fine dry crumbs from seasoned croutons (Kellogg's)
- 4 eggs
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 2 cups milk
- ¼ tsp Tabasco
- 1 small onion
- 2 Tbsp salt
Instructions
- Use blender to make 2 C fine dry crumbs from seasoned croutons (Kellogg's).
- Add to crumbs in blender: eggs, garlic powder, milk, Tabasco, onion, and salt.
- Add to meats and mix with hands until thoroughly combined.
- Shape into 48 meatballs.
- Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.
