Escalloped Corn
Ingredients
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 cup half & half
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ½ tsp salt
- Dash pepper
- ¼ cup chopped onion (optional)
- 12 single squares soda crackers
- ¼ cup crushed crackers (for topping)
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese (for topping)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except the additional crushed crackers and parmesan cheese.
- Place in a greased oven proof casserole.
- Put an additional ¼ C crushed crackers and ¼ C parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake 1 hour at 350°F.
