Flat Bread
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour (or part whole wheat)
- 2/3 cups corn meal
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 stick oleo or part butter
- 1/2 tsp soda (in 1 cup buttermilk)
- 1 cup buttermilk
Instructions
- Mix like pie crust, add buttermilk.
- Make dough in a long roll, cut in 12 pieces.
- Roll out very thinly.
- Bake at 350°F oven on cookie sheet until golden brown.
