Flat Bread

Ingredients
- 2 cups sifted flour
- 2/3 cups cornmeal
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 stick oleo (or part butter for flavor)
- 1/2 tsp soda (dissolved in 1 cup buttermilk)
- 1 cup buttermilk
Instructions
- Mix like pie crust; add buttermilk.
- Make dough into a long roll. Cut into 12 pieces.
- Roll out very thin and bake at 350°F on a cookie sheet until golden brown.
