Krumkaker
Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 tsps baking powder
- 4 cups flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp brandy or vanilla
Instructions
- Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs.
- Add flour mixture of flour and baking powder alternately with milk. Add flavoring. mix until well combined.
- Heat krumkake iron. Place 1 teaspoon batter in center of iron and bake till delicately brown.
- Quickly roll cookie on wooden spindle. Let cool.
- Store in dry place. A metal tin works well.
