Potato Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 4 cups salad dressing
- 1 1/2 cup half and half
- 1 cup sugar
- 2-3 tsp mustard
- salt & pepper to taste
- 5 lbs potatoes (or more, dehydrated/reconstituted or peel & slice your own)
- onion to taste
- 12 chopped hard-boiled eggs
Instructions
- Use dehydrated/reconstituted potatoes or peel & slice your own – 5 lb or more.
- Cook potatoes for about 20 min. Drain and rinse with cold water. Drain well.
- Mix salad dressing, half and half, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Mix potatoes with dressing, some onion to taste, and a dozen chopped hard-boiled eggs.
