Rarebit

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 2 cups milk
- A "hunk of Velvetta" cheese
- olives, cut up (optional)
Instructions
- Melt butter.
- Add flour.
- Continue heating, add milk.
- Add Velveeta cheese.
- Melt altogether.
- Cut up and add olives.
- Serve over crackers or toast. Also good on a baked potato.
