Shrimp Dollops
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2/3 cups Parmesan cheese
- small cooked shrimp (canned or frozen)
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped onion
- 1 pkg refrigerated baking powder biscuits
Instructions
- Bake biscuits per package directions.
- Cut biscuits in halves or thirds, and spread them on a cookie sheet.
- Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, shrimp, dry mustard, and onion.
- Top each biscuit slice with a dollop of the mixture.
- Broil until they bubble. Watch carefully.
- Serve hot.
