Lefse

Ingredients
- 5 cups riced potatoes, packed
- 1 stick melted butter
- 3 Tbsp powdered sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Cook potatoes. Rice them while hot. Add butter and sugar. Cool to room temperature.
- Add flour and salt, mix until well combined, using hands.
- Use about 1/3 cup, roll out.
- Fry on lefse grill, approx 450°F. One side, flip, then the other.
- Take off and cool under towels.
