Lefse
Ingredients
- 5 cups riced potatoes
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp powdered sugar
- 2 cups flour
Instructions
- Mash all ingredients together except flour and let cool.
- Cover with paper towels and set in refrigerator only 1-2 hours.
- Then add two cups flour; knead a little.
- Roll into about 14-15 lefses. No liquid in above recipe.
