Lefse

Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 9 cups water
- 1 1/2 stick butter
- 6 Tbsp half & half
- 4 tsp salt
- 3 1/2 cups instant potatoes (granules - powdery)
- 1 1/2 cup flour (per 4 cups potatoes for baking)
- 1 Tbsp sugar (for baking)
Instructions
- Heat milk and water to boil. Add butter, half & half, and salt except potatoes.
- Bring to a boil again. Then add potatoes, whipping constantly.
- Let cool overnight.
- Next day, mix together: 4 cups potatoes, 1 1/2 cup flour, 1 T. sugar.
- Roll out (about 1/3 cup mixture) thin, bake on lefse grill.
