Microwave Rømmegrøt

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cups flour
- 1 quart whole milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- melted butter, cinnamon and sugar (for serving)
Instructions
- Melt butter in microwave safe bowl. Stir in flour.
- In a separate bowl heat milk on high for 4-5 minutes.
- Add milk to flour mixture.
- Microwave for 2 to 2 1/2 minute intervals, stirring in between, until moderately thick.
- Let cool a bit and then add salt and sugar. Will thicken as it cools.
- Serve with melted butter, cinnamon and sugar.
