Microwave Rømmegrøt
Ingredients
- 1 quart whole milk or part half & half
- 1 stick butter
- 3/4 cups flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- butter, sugar & Watkins cinnamon (for serving)
Instructions
- Heat milk in a 1 qt. Pyrex bowl.
- In a 2 quart Pyrex bowl, heat butter until melted.
- Combine butter with flour, sugar, and salt. mix until well combined.
- Add the milk slowly.
- Cook for about 5 minutes on high, then on a lower setting for another 10 minutes.
- Stir several times so it doesn't get lumpy.
- Serve with butter, sugar & Watkins cinnamon!! So simple and it will not burn!
